Jessica Carlson

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Jessica Carlson has always had a deep appreciation for the diverse neighborhoods, vibrant communities, and unique opportunities that New York has to offer. After relocating to Queens five years ago, she continued to build on her local knowledge and passion for real estate.

Jessica attended Brooklyn College, where she studied Business Management, providing her with a strong foundation in business, negotiation, and client relations. With approximately seven years of experience in the real estate industry, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.

 In addition to being a real estate professional, Jessica is also an active real estate investor, specializing in purchasing, renovating, and flipping single-family homes throughout New York and New Jersey. Her hands-on experience in real estate investing and property renovations gives her a unique perspective on property values, market potential, and investment opportunities.

Outside of Real Estate When she’s not helping clients or working on her next investment property, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her family and her four beloved dogs- three Cane Corsos and a Pit Bull.

An outdoor enthusiast at heart, Jessica loves fishing, hunting, horseback riding, ATV riding, hiking, swimming, and just about anything involving the water. She enjoys adventure, staying active, and making memories with the people who matter most. And one fun fact about Jessica? She plays a mean game of poker!
